Her passion for medicine started when she was in high school while she was working for Dr. Zang – her best friends dad. Since high school she has spent many years working in the medical field. Dawn loves working at Gabbert Medical and assisting both patients and doctors.

Allie is our Chiropractic Assistant and smiling face at the front desk. Born and raised in Payson, Allie has a deep connection to her hometown. She loves seeing patients and helping them as much as possible with their medical needs. After high school, Allie plans on attending nursing school so she can continue her medical career.

Nevaeh Guerrero

Nevaeh is our Medical Assistant at Gabbert Medical. She started in July 2021. Her favorite part of her job is anything involving needles including IV’s, Blood Draws, and Injections. She is a certified Phlebotomist and IV Technician. She grew up in Payson and is now raising her daughter and son in Payson as well.
