Dr. Gabbert started his practice here in Payson in 2016, after nearly 20 years of practice in the Phoenix area. Brian graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL (now known as National University of Health Sciences). As a licensed Chiropractor, Dr. Gabbert is an expert in everything muscular-skeletal ranging from chiropractic adjustments for relief from back pain, migraines, and vertigo, to advanced joint pain treatments to restore function in damaged muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Dr. Gabbert has a passion for helping patients of all ages to avoid surgery, restore function, and get the care they need.

Her passion for medicine started when she was in high school while she was working for Dr. Zang – her best friend’s dad. Since high school she has spent many years working in the medical field. Dawn loves working at Gabbert Medical and assisting both patients and doctors.

Allie is our Chiropractic Assistant and smiling face at the front desk. Born and raised in Payson, Allie has a deep connection to her hometown. She loves seeing patients and helping them as much as possible with their medical needs. After high school, Allie plans on attending nursing school so she can continue her medical career.

Nevaeh Guerrero

Phlebotomist | IV Technician

Nevaeh has been our Medical Assistant since 2021. She is a certified Phlebotomist and IV Technician, and her favorite part of her job is anything involving needles including IV therapies, blood draws, and injections. Nevaeh grew up in Payson and is now raising her daughter and son in the heart of Arizona as well.
