Meet your new primary care provider, Lyn! She is a Certified Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, joining our team with more than 30 years of nursing background ranging from cardiac to surgical intensive care. Lyn finds great joy in getting to know her patients and helping to provide solutions that work for them, no matter where they’re at in life.
