Dr. Gabbert started his practice here in Payson in 2016, after nearly 20 years of practice in the Phoenix area. Brian graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL (now known as National University of Health Sciences). As a licensed Chiropractor, Dr. Gabbert is highly skilled in everything muscular-skeletal ranging from chiropractic adjustments for relief from back pain, migraines, and vertigo, to advanced joint pain treatments to restore function in damaged muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Dr. Gabbert has a passion for helping patients of all ages to avoid surgery, restore function, and get the care they need.

Nevaeh has been our Medical Assistant since 2021. She is a certified Phlebotomist and IV Technician, and her favorite part of her job is anything involving needles including IV therapies, blood draws, and injections. Nevaeh grew up in Payson and is now raising her daughter and son in the heart of Arizona as well.
